Statement on UN Security Council meeting on Sudan

We are deeply sorried about the devastating humanitarian consequences of the conflict. Reports of widespread sexual violence is a particular concern. Protection of civilians must be ensured. Humanitarian access must be allowed. International humanitarian law must be respected.
