Postal Regulation

The Act provides the framework for how all postal providers in Norway are regulated, as well as the specific rules that apply to providers subject to the obligation of the universal service. In addition, a postal regulation has been established with specific provisions on, among other things, compensations, postal codes and mailbox placement.
