Section for energy transition, climate and analysis (EKA)

The section is responsible for developing and following up on carbon capture efforts, including Longship and Technology Centre Mongstad. The section also works with hydrogen, follows up on climate policy within the Ministry, manages the ownership of Gassnova, and oversees the management agreement with Enova. The section prepares market analyses within the department's area of responsibility, serving as a basis for policy development and recommendations.
