The Ministry of Energy is located at Akersgata 59. Press with an appointment at the ministry or attending a press conference must follow the same rules for ID and baggage check as other visitors: You must bring valid identification. This includes:

Passport
Norwegian national ID card
Ministry of Defense identity card (FD-ID)
Valid Norwegian driver’s license (not electronic)
European identity cards (Identity card) Baggage rules:
You can bring a bag, laptop bag, and small backpack without security check
Larger equipment (including camera bags) must go through security check
If a security check is needed, it is important that you arrive in good time
